What are the shipping costs?
Standard delivery is free. An express option via DHL is available for 15 euros.
What are the delivery times?
Standard delivery times are 5 to 10 business days. Express delivery takes 3 to 7 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver to France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, and other countries. Please check the list of destinations when placing your order.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us promptly to change the address.
How can I track my order?
