Article 1 — Seller Identification

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between:

Article 2 — Products

The products offered are those listed on feroval.com on the date of consultation. The company strives to present the products as accurately as possible.

Article 3 — Price

Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. Feroval reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4 — Delivery

Europe (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg):

- Colissimo Standard: Free — 5 to 10 business days
- DHL Express: €15.00 — 3 to 7 business days

United Kingdom:

- Standard: Free — 7 to 14 business days
- DHL Express: €15.00 — 3 to 7 business days

Order processing time: 24 to 48 business hours.

Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the Buyer has 30 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.

Article 6 — Legal Guarantees

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

If the dispute persists, the Buyer may resort to a consumer mediator. The competent courts are those of England and Wales, subject to the mandatory provisions of consumer law applicable in the Buyer's country of residence.

Article 8 — Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English and Welsh law, without prejudice to the rights of consumers under the mandatory legislation of their country of residence.
